The EWC Lift System is a freestanding unit that can lift and support a person’s weight up to 500 pounds. When weight limits of the sling being used are followed, a person can be moved in any direction within a room. A person can also be lifted from the floor.
A custom designed lifting bar is included with each unit. This lift is custom fit to the care facility room size. This unit is outfit with special earthquake provisions, a power shut off switch and electrical overload protection.
Accessories that can be used with this lift include: weight scale; gait belt; bathing slings; hammock slings; toileting slings; alternate power source; trapeze.
