The EWC Lift System is a freestanding unit that can lift and support a person’s weight up to 1000 pounds. With a proper bariatric sling a person can easily be moved anywhere within a room. A person can also be lifted from the floor.
The steel beams used in this unit are 4 inches tall (our standard beam is 3 inches) and using a heavy lift motor upgrades this unit for the larger capacity requirements.
This lift is custom fit to room size (home or care facility) or can be designed to fit over a hot tub for use in hydro-therapy. Accessories that can be used with this lift include: weight scale; bariatric slings; alternate power source.
